At FRESHASIA FOODS LTD, we are currently looking for a Social Media / PR Manager who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media / PR Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

Our company was founded in 2008, located in east London, is one of the most famous Oriental frozen food companies in the UK. Prominent for our brands and products on both UK and EU, we delicious, nutritious and authentic Oriental frozen foods for families in more than 13 countries around the Europe.


Since founded in 2008, we have developed a series of innovative frozen dumplings flavors which are superior in quality and taste. 2014-2015 we have received 16 awards from Great Taste Award. Apart from dumplings, we also market an ever-expanding selection of other great tasting frozen foods. Our main products include dumplings, sliced meat, oriental buns and other traditional frozen snacks and foods.


We use only the finest ingredients and most flavorful recipes to satisfy a variety of tastes. We have refined preparation, storage and reheating techniques to create healthy, quality and flavorful Chinese dumplings and other frozen products.


Our dumplings are designed to catering for the taste of both Asian and European families. All our ingredients are carefully selected from the local markets in the UK, which strictly meet the UK and EU food hygiene standards. Among all oriental food producers, we are the only Oriental dumplings and sliced meat manufacturer has been awarded an AA Grade in the BRC Global Standards in the UK.




Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews Analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan Develops and puts in place communication campaigns and strategies for clients Plans public relations programs, including developing budgets Helps clients develop and manage their brand identity Monitors the public's opinions on clients and topical issues Communicates client strategies and issues to management team Represents clients in discussions with government departments, special interest groups, and other organisations Responds to media and public enquiries Arranges interviews with media outlets Prepares and distributes press releases Writes, edits, and produces newsletters, brochures, and other publications for clients Assists clients with the preparation of annual reports, business profiles, and other corporate documents Writes speeches and oversees the development of visual and multimedia aids for client presentations Public speaking on behalf of clients at press conferences, media interviews, and presentations Organises and manages special client events, such as open days, conferences, and fundraisers Helps clients find suitable sponsors Develops risk assessments and crisis management plans, and implements them to protect clients' reputations Work with colleagues and agencies, to help plan and implement online marketing campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and bookings across social media, search engine optimisation and PR.

Drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success.

Proof read content, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles and press releases.

Help to increase conversion rates and ROI with regard to the above digital marketing channels. Administration of press and social competitions, to include organising prizes and contacting winners.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, English, Communications or Marketing with a PR or Advertising concentration.

It is an opportunity to grow into a wider function from the ground up, including implementing processes and procedures. This incredibly fast-paced and varying environment is growing week by week. The successful candidate will support day-to-day activities required to generate international growth. Excellent Customer Service, Supply Chain awareness and the ability to multitask dealing with multiple shipments, at different stages within the logistics cycle.


Job duties: 

•Execution of transportation activities in accordance with all customer service requirements •Ensuring on-time delivery of freight in line with customer service requirements •Standardising internal logistics processes and methodology •Managing all logistics staff •Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements •Provision of pricing for spot quote business as per customer requirements •Actively identifying opportunities to reduce transport cost and improve margins •Utilisation of problem solving tools and implement corrective actions as appropriate •Provision of world class customer service, and ownership of assigned customers •Tracking of loads through to delivery, and provide customer updates, where necessary.
