Association of Chinese Financial Professionals in UK (ACfPU) is a global but London-based platform and has project-driven nature.

We only get busy when an event is approaching. We all have a day job, we are all time-poor, but we are dedicated, and will always make time for our Association obligation at top of our extra-curricular activities, because we truly understand the vision of Association of Chinese Financial Professionals in UK (ACfPU). We respect each other's working hours and styles. But, once committed, always committed. Open communication policy to ensure efficiency and getting things done. We value networking, negotiation, interaction, interfacing and collaboration. We are all members of a network of interdependence. But we are united by our motherland China in our mind at all times. No hierarchy, equalized voting rights & future incentives sharing, no individual decision is allowed, nevertheless, Association of Chinese Financial Professionals in UK (ACfPU) liaisons need to comply with strict liaison policy. We do everything together as a team. Everyone recruits new members and liaisons that would fit into team culture. Open for ideas that support growth of Association of Chinese Financial Professionals in UK (ACfPU).
